South Wall - Block No. 114

Stone: red quartzite (origin - from the "Red Mountains" of Djebel Akhmar, an area near Heliopolis)

Coronation-scenes of the 7th register, South-Wall, blocks 23, 71, 95, 114, 145, 154, 261).
In this scene Amun is fixing an Ibes-headscarf (jbs) on the head of the queen (see also North-Wall Block 117).. Here the goddess Mut, "Lady of Isheru", is shown standing in front of the pr-wr.

Again on the left side of the scene a Iunmutef-priest supports ritually as the "Wab-priest of the pr-wr" the "fixing of the crown" on the head of the queen.
